Rules & Regulations

  • Each player will receive a score card with 9 holes listed on it.
  • Before starting the game, the player will present their loyalty card to a staff member, who will record the start time and date on the card.
  • After completing the 9 holes, the player will present their loyalty card to the same staff member, who will record the end time and date, as well as the total number of strokes taken by the player.
  • Each player must fill out the opposing teams scorecard
  • The player’s score will be calculated by subtracting their total number of strokes from a par score predetermined by River Valley Social for each hole. For example, if the par for a hole is 3 and the player took 4 strokes, their score for that hole would be 1.
  • The player’s scores for all 9 holes will be added up to determine their final score.
  • At the end of each week, the scores for all players will be compared, and the player with the lowest score will be declared the winner for that week.
